⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Star Ford Understood the Assignment! I came in wanting a new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE, not a three-hour hostage situation with a finance department! Thankfully, Rick Dike in sales and Mike in finance made the whole experience a breeze! No hassle, no haggling, no shady math, just straightforward pricing, transparent financing, and excellent customer service! And the real MVP move? They got me out the door in time for the Texas vs. OU kickoff! Unfortunately, the Longhorns didn’t get the memo about winning. Took my 2011 Ford Explorer in for much needed maintenance. Ron Baron was our Service Advisor. Before any work was done he explained how much the diagnostic would cost, and listened to me as I described the symptoms of the various problems. He then promptly called me the next day and took the time to explain in detail everything that needs to be fixed. After all the repairs were done, I called for their courtesy shuttle who then picked me up from my house in no time. Picked up my vehicle and it runs like brand New. I was very pleased with the service!
