I have purchased and serviced many Ford vehicles from 5-Star Ford NRH over the years. Service is always a great experience. I bought a Blue Certified 2024 Expedition and service located one rattle in the rear hatch that should have been repaired before I bought it in mid-December, 2025. I will need to schedule another service call to correct the remaining rattle in the right rear. I am sure they will find it and correct the problem. They always have been an excellent service provider.

Absolute best Ford dealership in all of Texas. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Kevin was exceptional and made buying a breeze. Highly recommend coming here first to avoid any headaches and to get the best deal possible.

Best service department in dfw. Communication is always great, and anytime there is a lengthy repair we are placed in a loaner. No other ford dealership takes care of their customers the same way.
