We went and found a very nice car at a good price. Our salesman Juan got the paperwork done and we now have a new car Thanks Five Star Ford!

Five Star Ford was awesome at helping us get the vehicle for the price that was advertised. They did not load us down with an any hidden fees or add-ons. Juan was wonderful to work with!! Mike helped us choose the correct financing. And their General manager, Mike, helped us out. Thank you all!

Bought my first-ever brand new car here years ago in 2014, then bought the exact same car again 2yrs later (after someone unfortunate hit me & totaled the first) & here we are in 2026 & I came riiiiight on back…no difference. Unparalleled customer service from the entire staff. They’re all welcoming & accommodating. I specifically worked with Kimberly Pendley who was absolutely 10/10 — amazingly helpful & made buying a car (typically a chore) so easy, fun & stress-free. Highly reccomend anyone accept her assistance in the car buying process!

A touch sentimental here, however, these old Fords need special people that care about them. New or Old, Ron and James are the ones to count on. Being coming for a long time they being taken care of me very well with my car and truck letting me know what's needed to be done Johnny was very helpful tell he moved up the ladder great job then he had Carter he did a great job also no he moved on now I look forward to Chris helping out sofar good great job 👍

I would give Marina Simpson more than five stars if I could. She went above and beyond for me. I went to several dealerships before I made my way to Five Star NRH, I went to Five Star Lewisville, Five Star Dallas, Bill Utter in Denton, & Southwest Ford in Weatherford & they all had their problems. They either couldn’t make the deal work or spent more time trying to get me in a truck I didn’t want. When I got to Five Star North Richland Hills Marina met me at the front door, sold me exactly what I wanted & had the deal done in no time. I would not shop anywhere else & I would highly recommend them. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
