Eric was incredible. He got me in and out no issues 10 out of 10 i recommend.

5 Star Ford is a great buying experience- Marisa and the finance guys are exceptional and listened to what we wanted. We are a 3 Ford family now!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No haggling over purchase price or trade in, no pressure for add-ons or playing the finance "shell game." The showroom was quiet and peaceful, we which helped ease the nerves of buying a car. Five Star Ford lives up to its name and I am now a lifetime customer!

Marina was awesome, she’s straight up honest and answered all our question’s, a good attitude and a sense of humor. Five star plus for her. Thank You Marina

Good service 💯

Mike Schumann is the man, 5 Star plus service, answered all questions and explained our concerns, he is very polite, he is very professional. Thank you so much.

I have been bringing my truck t0 Five Star Ford North Richland Hills for 16 years and as of yet have not been disappointed with their work or final charges. To me they or more than fair. I live less than 5 miles from a major Ford dealership, yet have chosen to continue with Five Star NRH because of their customer's relationship.

Joe did a great job from start to finish. Very Professional

Best place to have work done by far!
