Great place to do business there was a pricing issue but the general sales manager justin was able to work it out. Eddie is also a good salesman very knowledgeable finance department was a smooth and quick process.

I would give Marina Simpson more than five stars if I could. She went above and beyond for me. I went to several dealerships before I made my way to Five Star NRH, I went to Five Star Lewisville, Five Star Dallas, Bill Utter in Denton, & Southwest Ford in Weatherford & they all had their problems. They either couldn’t make the deal work or spent more time trying to get me in a truck I didn’t want. When I got to Five Star North Richland Hills Marina met me at the front door, sold me exactly what I wanted & had the deal done in no time. I would not shop anywhere else & I would highly recommend them. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Had a couple of recalls that needed taken care of. Left a voice mail. They called me back. Made an appointment for a mobile mechanic to come to the house. Worked perfectly. Now that's what I call service!
