Zack at 5 Star Ford in NRH, has taken care of me for the last 1-2 years and I can say that he make sure to do anything he can to make things as easy and convenient as possible. I just wanted to give credit to him for always working well with me and his constant communication & professionalism!
Service was great. Everyone I dealt with was awesome they bent over backwards to help me. Luke was my mobile service tech and he was definitely one of a kind. I would like to brag on Lewis Bass. What a pleasure to work with Lewis on purchasing our new Ford F350 Super Duty Truck. We found a truck on line that was unfortunately not located on the sales lot. Lewis apologized and felt it was an inconvenience to us needing to travel to the overflow lot to check out this unit. As it turned out it gave us a chance to get to know Lewis, exchange stories and learn a little about each other and our families so we felt very comfortable working with him. He was able to communicate to the sales manager exactly what we were hoping for on our trade in and a fair price for our new truck. After the sale Lewis helped us move all our stuff over to the new truck and even grabbed his tools to help us remove and retrieve an accessory on our old truck we had overlooked.
