Thought needed brake job but honest tech at Five Star Ford determined they were still in good shape and did not need to be done at this time. Great service team!

The new mobile service offering by Five Star Ford is great! I was able to get my software update taken care of with the mobile unit. Jacob/Jordan, the Technician was able to accomplish the task, was professional, and accommodating to my schedule . Very convenient!

Andy was very proactive, had great communication, and made the whole experience a pleasure. I run our global aftermarket support team for an helicopter OEM and that's the level of service and attention I expect my team to provide to our customers.

Everyone was nice, helpful. Sales will assist you with issues after the purchase, and will contact you to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and answer questions, and will send you videos with how to do things with your vehicle you need to understand.

Henry as our salesman was amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we got taken care of and to make our experience a memorable one. We had a terrible experience at another Ford dealership but this by far made up for it. Not to mention how great how easy it was to deal with your finance manager who was honest and straightforward. We will be back next year to purchase another car.
