Had my 2024 Ford Bronco serviced at Five Star Ford NorthRichland Hills this morning. They received me at my appt time and even though it was a busy Saturday morning I was in and out within an hour and a half.

These guys were amazing! They came and picked up my father‘s truck fixed it and brought it back. From the lady I spoke to on the phone to the gentleman that came and picked it up and brought it back and the pricing was perfect. I was so amazed! Thank you five star Ford!

Everyone was super friendly. The service department was super easy and very friendly. My agent even paid for half of my service because I waited longer than the expected time frame which I was TOTALLY fine waiting. I was not bothered at all but the gesture was very sweet and very generous. Y'all are the best.

Very very pleased with this dealership. Marina was wonderful and very very helpful at explaining all the gadgets to my wife and we are blessed to have had such an amazing sales person help us through the process.
