Took my 2011 Ford Explorer in for much needed maintenance. Ron Baron was our Service Advisor. Before any work was done he explained how much the diagnostic would cost, and listened to me as I described the symptoms of the various problems. He then promptly called me the next day and took the time to explain in detail everything that needs to be fixed. After all the repairs were done, I called for their courtesy shuttle who then picked me up from my house in no time. Picked up my vehicle and it runs like brand New. I was very pleased with the service!

I have purchased and serviced many Ford vehicles from 5-Star Ford NRH over the years. Service is always a great experience. I bought a Blue Certified 2024 Expedition and service located one rattle in the rear hatch that should have been repaired before I bought it in mid-December, 2025. I will need to schedule another service call to correct the remaining rattle in the right rear. I am sure they will find it and correct the problem. They always have been an excellent service provider.
